Black Lives Matter .Black exists for one purpose only - to change the way the US police and Judiciary (Judicial System - Judges, Prosecuting Attorneys, all Lawyers, and Jail and Prison Personnel) treat all individuals, all citizens, black, white and other! Black Lives Matter .BLACK is NOT AFFILIATED in any way with the Black Lives Matter movement - which is a violent, radical group run by black lesbians and queers - people with so many "chips" on their shoulders that they see evil and racism everywhere. Those strange people don't represent America, and they don't represent black people or black Americans either. They think the world is against them because of the color of their skin, and their gender, because of their sexual choices, etc. They believe in special rights for women, minorities, gays, lesbians, queers, etc. and we know that the U.S. Constitution and every State Constitution prohibit special rights for specific groups. All individuals must have exactly the same legal rights. Reforming the corrupt legal system that gives certain groups of people special rights, that protects police who murder, that allows lawyers to skim 15 to 20 % off the top of the US economy, that is a for-profit big money business rather than the not-for-profit system of justice that it was intended to be is the key to reforming racism and other problems in society. Vote for the LRA (the Legal Reform Amendment).

First and most importantly, we want to end police killings. We advocate the mandatory carrying and use of pistol tranqualizer guns, and always-on streaming body cameras by police. Tranqualizer guns can stop lions and tigers and bears in a matter of seconds, and should thus be used to subdue and arrest criminals and suspects instead of having the police use guns which kill. Police should ONLY be allowed to use real firearms when they are being fired upon. Tranqualizer guns should become MANDATORY, so that lives can be preserved! Police who kill unarmed people should be given MANDATORY jail time, and MANDATORY and PERMANENT removal from the force. Always-on streaming body cameras should stream to a civilian server as well as to a police server so that both police and suspects or others are held accountable for their actions. It is time to make the police accountable to the people and force more respect of life into all police forces in the nation.

We the people want to know and understand why:

1. The police so often shoot a suspect 14 or 15 times when 1 bullet ought to be enough to stop or slow down a suspect in order to take him or her into custody. Why do the police so often "empty their guns" into a suspects' back, as if they are trying to kill the suspect instead of trying to bring the suspect into custody. It seems to us that the police are acting as judge, jury and executioner - and this is NOT allowed by the constitution. We demand an explanation for this wrongful and illegal behavior on the part of the police, and most importantly we demand an END to it!
2. The police so often empty their guns into the back of a suspect - someone who is not attacking them, someone who doesn't even have a weapon on them, often someone who is running away from them. The suspect is often under the influence of alcohol or drug use, and may be behaving erratically. This does NOT give the police the right to gun them down. We demand an explanation to this unconstitutional police behavior, and most importantly, we demand an END to it!

In short we DEMAND an end to police killings, and we DEMAND an end to jail and prison for those individuals who pursue our constitutionally guaranteed "Right to Liberty and to Pursue Happiness".  Please sign-up for our newsletter, and join this website, and help us change the system so that individual lives and freedom, for all people, of all skin colors, are respected. Let's act together as one Group to change the laws of Police Engagement, the discriminatory practices of the Politicians, the Judges ,the Lawyers, and the Police. We want to change the nation's police departments "Rules of Engagement" so that:

1. Police NEVER have the right to fire on anyone who is not a criminal or a suspect; and Police MUST have reasonable cause to believe that a suspect has committed a serious crime before being allowed - if all else fails - to tranqualize the suspect. Thus, a person running away from the police who does not have a firearm with him or her, can NEVER be shot by a gun, but may only be shot by a tranqualizer pistol, and only if the police have a prior reasonable belief that the suspect has committed a serious crime. Thus, "running away" in and of itself is not just cause for shooting bullets or killing.
2. We want the same "Rules of Engagement" across all jurisdictions and police departments in the United States. In short, we demand an affirmation of an individual's rights againt any police force. A person has a right not to cooperate with and / or not to respond to the police, and the police have NO right to shoot them for this uncooperative behavior.

We exist because we do not believe that the views of Black Lesbians (the people running BlackLivesMatter.com) should be given priority in this discussion. In fact we do not belive that any group should have more rights or be prioritized over any individual. We believe that special rights for any group violates the US Constitutions' equality clauses. We belive that there are NO Rights except for All - that only individual rights - rights given to all individuals - can be allowed by law.
